Join our expert resident tour guides on a revealing voyage from past glories to the present day. Since 1863, Dartmouth and the River Dart have been the home of initial Naval Officer training in the UK. On the tour you will discover many features and facets of life at the College, from the earliest days through the Second World War, right up to the world class training the College delivers today.
Public Tours start from a convenient pick-up point in Dartmouth town, at the Bandstand in Royal Avenue Gardens, where you will be met by your tour guide @ 09.45am. You will then be transported by a small coach to the college for a walking tour, which lasts approximately 2 ¼ hours.

Britannia Royal Naval College is a working military establishment therefore photographic identification for all visitors over the age of 16yrs is essential for access (photocopies not permitted).
